Can you please provide more information? What exactly are you observing - CO2 and the ionic liquid separating into different phases? Have you been able to simulate the IL phase in NPT and get a stable liquid?

Yes, i used the [Hmim][Nf2T] to capture CO2, the initial configuration used for GEMC-NPT is a cubic and obtained from MD performed by gromacs (10ns NVT and 30ns NPT). But after the GEMC-NPT, as you can see from the snapshot, the configuration divided into four parts. Is this normal? Here, i aslo attached the other files used in this simulation.

You are definitely seeing phase separation - I have not witnessed this before. I wonder what pressure of CO2 you are subjecting the system to?

As you see from my input file, it's 1 bar, not a high pressure, but i think it should not separate into 4 parts.

No it should not. Can you post your complete input and mcf files? No guarantees, but we can take a look to see if there is something messed up.
